4 P's for Employees in Office

Many people know about 4 P's of marketing .Has any one ever thought about 4 P's for employees?
The 4 P's which helps in making millions.

Profile :

The work he does is very important ,he should not only have the knowledge but should love doing it again & again, repeated no of times. Because if one does not live his profile , will never care for it.

Does s/he like the work?
Is s/he in the right job?
Does s/he loves his Profile?
Is s/he comfortable with culture of the company?

Power:

Every one likes power and want to have some,you have to empower the employee with right amount of power and responsibility. In is someway it is related to once freedom. How free one is to decide on priorities , issues and agenda.

Is he getting enough power to decide up on the things or someone else is poking the nose in his/her business?
Freedom ones gets in the company?

Paissa(Money):

Pay the employee enough to other competitors and pay him the right amount honestly. Money even give s a person empowerment and freedom to own what even s/he likes and love to do. It gives axis to the power after the office hours because all the power you give remains inside the four walls of the office.

Is one paid enough?
Is that the right amount?
Are these rates competent in the industry?

Promotions:

The last but important among P's to retain the employee's for a longer time. Growth of not only the company but the employee is also important. If one doesn't find any more growth in the ,if one will not get promoted for a long time even after all his hard-work and getting all the three P's above . One would look for options.

Is promotion well calculated on the performance and hard-work ?
Is promotion done on right bases ?
Is promotion worth enough attached with power,Paissa, and better & loving profile?
